1.    Reinsurance – Account Assistant/Broker Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

ú     To handle Accounting/E-Global

ú     To support the operation of senior brokers

 

Requirements:

ú            New freshman or 1~2 year of experience in insurance related fields

ú            Bachelor degree or above, insurance major preferred

ú           Good command of both English and Chinese

ú           Good PC Skills including Microsoft Office

 

2.    Placement –Account Assistant/Broker Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

ú     To handle all documentations filing

ú     To support the operation of senior brokers

 

Requirements:

ú            New freshman or 1~2 year of experience in insurance related fields

ú            Bachelor degree or above, insurance major preferred

ú           Good command of both English and Chinese

ú           Good PC Skills including Microsoft Office

 

3.    O&T – Operation Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

 

ú          Business support role to provide support to Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, timely procedure of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle, role will demonstrate increased technical proficiency, and provide peer level mentoring to other Operation Specialists.

ú          Key responsibilities:

a.   Administration and documentation: Ensure timely and accurate production of invoices and related policy documentation, quotation and placing slips, current and outstanding documentation follow ups etc.

b.   Processing of 3rd party systems

c.   Quality Assurance and Trade Sanctions control

d.   Contribute to the achievement of Operations team SLA and KPI and business  objectives

e.   Provide assistance to Operations Team Leaders by acting as a point of escalation as required

f.    Identify opportunities for improvement within operational processes and work with colleagues and Operations Services Team Leaders to deliver improvements.

g.   Act a mentor to Ops team to ensure adequate work knowledge of systems and processes

h.   Support process improvement projects and as needed support additional teams if volume demand exist which requires additional expertise and knowledge of multiple practices, clients and policies.

                                          - invoices and related policy documentation

            - quotation and placing slips

            - premium and adjustment calculations

            - claims histories

             - up to date computer system records

             - current and outstanding documentation follow ups

      - all other documentation (eg. tax filing and third party forms)

 

Requirements:

 

ú Bachelor degree in insurance or related field

ú Working experience:

1. Either new freshman with graduation from school or Minimum of 3-year working experience with 1-2 year previous insurance or financial service experience

2. Special skills: Ability to interface with colleagues at all levels, clear and concise oral and written communication skills, strong

numerical skills, excellent organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable and experience working with technology, proficient in MS-Office tool, insurance knowledge, relevant industry practice or line of business experience

 

 

4.    O&T – Operation Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

c. Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.

Requirements:

 

ú        Bachelor degree in insurance or related field

ú       Working experience:

1. New freshman or 1-2 years work experience, with 1 year previous insurance or financial services experience preferred

2. Special skills:

- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

- Strong numerical skills

- Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team

- Comfortable and experience working  with technology (solutions)
